Architectural Tours

Michael R. Allen discussing the Castle Ballroom on a tour of midtown musical heritage sites.

The Preservation Research Office is pleased to offer architectural tours led by knowledgeable architectural historians.  While Preservation Research Office staff routinely offer public architectural tours, they also lead tailored guided experiences for groups of all sizes. Note: We do not offer tours from December through March.

Our tours are perfect for convention groups, university-level courses and other groups. Rates for packaged tours vary; inquire for details.  P.R.O has provided tours for Washington University, St. Louis University, the Missouri History Museum, the Business History Conference, the Rehabbers Club, South City Open Studio and Gallery, City Affair, Landmarks Association of St. Louis and other organizations.
