PRO prepared historic tax credit applications and guided work on this historic rehabilitation project in St. Louis’ Shaw neighborhood.
2245-47 S. Grand Avenue (Mixed-Used Building)
St. Louis, Missouri
PRO provided the owner of this building, with an incorrect official history that stood in the way, with the needed research and design advice needed to receive approval for a city facade grant.
2051-55 Maury Avenue (Apartment Building)
St. Louis, Missouri
PRO prepared the historic tax credit application for this project, which converted a 24-unit apartment building in St. Louis’ Southwest Garden neighborhood into an 18-unit building housing modern urban apartments.
3713 S. Jefferson Avenue (Single Dwelling)
PRO assisted with this historic rehabilitation project in St. Louis’ Gravois Park neighborhood, which gave a historic single dwelling a much-needed update. The dwelling returned to service as an affordable single rental unit.
4448 Oakland Avenue
PRO was advisor for on this historic rehabilitation project in St. Louis’ Forest Park Southeast neighborhood, which allowed an owner-occupant to undo a previous insensitive renovation that had concealed or removed many historic details.
