Last week I spotted this tear-down on Dielman Road at Engel Lane just south of Olive Boulevard. Another fine postwar ranch house, built sturdy of brick and concrete, will meet its death. Oh, recession, you were supposed to bring calm to the troubled waters of suburban real estate!

Well, just more stoopids spending their money on a pastiche of crap and Fraunch Provincial. I figure if these morons want to go into this much debt for a demo and the resultant dreck, whether or not it's commmercial or residential, go for it. Seriously, if it's spec commercial or retail, they deserve everything that's coming to them.
